About Us

Founded by Robert Green, COM KIT PLAN is a specialised and unrivalled culmination of decades of construction, foodservice and commercial kitchen design experience and knowledge.

Robert previously owned and operated a successful food service design business for 25 years which he sold in 2022.

Following the sale of the business, Robert felt that he still had valued knowledge to give to the industry, which lead to the inception of COM KIT PLAN.

Our experienced team has designed thousands of commercial foodservice projects over the last 30+ years and have a renowned understanding of a food business’ strategy and operations.

Our core value which we enforce within our team is “be the best you can be”.

With this approach to our work, we focus on delivering the best results for our clients and their kitchens, while always aiming to refine our skills and further educate our team.
